Refund policy

At Mynysa.in, we aim to provide high-quality 925 Silver Jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • All returned items will undergo a Quality Check (QC) before refund approval.

2. Refund Process

  • Once QC is completed and approved, the refund amount will be credited to your account.

  • The credited amount will remain valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the product fails QC (damaged, used, or tampered).

3. Return Procedure

  • Email us at info@mynysa.in within 2 days of delivery.

  • Ship the product back using a reliable courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
